Orders

By placing an order with FYNSD, you confirm that the information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

If you notice an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist before your order begins processing.

FYNSD reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of a payment issue, pricing error, product availability issue or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order. If payment has already been received, you will be refunded accordingly.

Pricing & Payments

Products

Processing & Shipping

Orders generally require approximately 2 to 5 business days for processing and production before being dispatched.

Delivery generally takes approximately 7 to 14 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, peak periods or other circumstances outside our control.

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is correct when placing an order.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your FYNSD purchase.

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue.

We generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing, so please check the product information and sizing guide before ordering.
