We want you to be happy with your FYNSD order. Please review the following information before requesting a return, exchange or refund.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact FYNSD within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos showing the item and the issue
Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other solution.
Change of Mind
We generally do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
Please make sure you are happy with your product, colour and size selection before completing your purchase.
Sizing
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size when ordering.
Sizing information is provided with our products to help you choose the right fit. We generally cannot provide a refund or exchange where an incorrect size has been selected.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact FYNSD as soon as possible after ordering.
We will do our best to help. However, once your order has entered processing or production, we may be unable to change or cancel it.
Returns
If your return has been approved by FYNSD, we will provide you with instructions on what to do next.
Please do not return an item without contacting us first.
Items being returned must be in their original condition unless the return relates to a fault or damage.
Refunds
Once an approved refund has been processed, it will be returned to your original payment method.
Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the product is faulty, incorrect or otherwise required by law.
